I'm having trouble entering the address on my account?

You can add, remove and update your address details by logging into ‘My Account’ and clicking on the ‘Edit’ button under your ‘Address’ tab.

If your address is too long to fit into ‘Address 1’ then you can use ‘Address 2’ for the second line of your address details.

When entering your post code, our system will automatically insert a space in the middle of it once you’ve clicked ‘Save’. Don’t worry though, this happens with all addresses and it won’t affect your delivery or your payment.

Whenever you update or add an address, always remember to click ‘Save’ so that the new details are ready for you next time you shop.

What can I do if I'm not receiving emails from George Best Clothing?

After you sign up and place an order, you should receive a variety of emails from us, which include George Best Clothing newsletters, Order and Return Confirmation emails and any responses from our Customer Care team. There may be a number of reasons why you’re not getting these from us:

  • Your email software may be marking our emails as junk mail.
  • Make sure you typed in the correct email address when you signed up with us. Just sign in to your account (if you can remember which email address you used) to check this under ‘Account Details’.
  • Check that you’ve agreed to receive our newsletters and latest offer emails.
  • If after this you’re still having trouble, contact our Customer Care Team using the options at the bottom of the page, giving as much detail as you can about the issue and we will try our best to help.

I'm having trouble signing into my account?

You must sign into your account before you can shop with us or if you want to see or track your orders. If you receive a message that says your email address/password isn’t recognised, follow the steps below:

Make sure you are using the same email address and password you registered with.
If you can’t remember your password click on the ‘forgotten password’ link on the sign in page. You’ll be prompted to enter your email address and we’ll send you an email with a link that will allow you to create a new password for your account.
If you enter your email address and/or password incorrectly three times, your account will be locked for 30 minutes.
If after this you still can’t sign in, contact our Customer Care Team giving as much detail as you can about the issue including screen shots of any error message you get and what you’ve done so far to try to resolve it.

I'd like to close my George Best Clothing account?

We’re sorry to see you go – remember, your George Best Clothing account is free and enables you to shop easily without having to enter your details each time. Also, your George Best Clothing account offers regular newsletters and you’re able to take advantage of the exclusive discounts and promos on site. If you’d still like to deactivate your George Best Clothing account, you’ll need to get in touch with our customer care team and confirm the following:

  • Your full name
  • Your date of birth
  • Your billing address
  • Your registered email address

Once you’ve confirmed this information, we’ll deactivate your account and send you an email to confirm your account has been closed. Don’t worry if you change your mind, just get back in touch and let us know you would like to shop with us again and we’ll arrange this for you once the above information is confirmed once again. I'm having trouble accessing your website. What should I do?

If you’re having trouble with the website we’d suggest you try the following:

Firstly, you may need to delete your cookies – a cookie is a small file we store on your computer to let us know who you are next time you visit us (for more information about cookies, click here). Please note that if you have items in your bag or in the ‘Save for Later’ section that were added when you weren’t logged in,you’ll need to make a note of the product name/code as deleting your cookies could clear this history. On most internet browsers you can delete your cookies using ‘Tools’ or ‘History’. Once you’ve cleared your cookies, close your browser, reopen it and visit our site again. You should be able to use it without any more problems.

We also suggest that you use the latest version of your operating system provider e.g. Windows, OSX etc.

How do I update my login information?

To change your login information, you have to first log into your account. In the section “Account details”, you can change your password and e-mail address linked to your user account.

What do I do if my account is disabled?

Accounts are automatically disabled when incorrect login details are entered too many times. To log back in you have to contact our Customer Care team.

Why am I experiencing problems when entering my payment details?

Firstly, make sure you have inputted the correct details by checking all information carefully. Contact your bank to ensure there are no problems with the card. After this, please contact our Customer Care team and submit details of any error messages received and we will investigate further.
