Provided the item(‘s) you received were not faulty, incorrect and the item tags are still attached, you have 14 days to return your items starting from the day you receive your order.
George Best Clothing hopes that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, however if you wish to return any goods they must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The returned goods must be in their original condition, unworn, with all tags and labels attached and in their original packaging. All garments must be free of fragrance and cosmetic or other marks. We strongly advise that you return your item using a signed for delivery service as we cannot accept responsibility for any returned goods lost in transit. Please ensure that the completed returns form is included in the parcel with your item. Please note, if your returns form are not included in your parcel this could result in a severe delay to your exchange/refund. Please allow up to 5 working days for damaged goods as they need to be inspected. We aim to dispatch exchanges within 48 hours of receiving them however this is subject to change during busy periods. All exchanges are sent on the Express Delivery service, pending stock availability and time constraints . If you require a refund, please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to reach your account. We don’t offer exchanges right now. You can return your item to us for a refund, and then place a new order to get the item of your choice.
We’re sorry to hear that you’ve received an incorrect or faulty item. Please contact our Customer Care team with the order number, along with the incorrect item code and we’ll be more than happy to look into this for you.
It can usually take up to 14 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse, processed and refunded.
The funds should appear on your bank statement within 3-5 business days (how long depends on your card issuer).
We’ll make sure to keep you in the loop and send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your refund.
If your return has not been credited within 14 days of sending your parcel to us, please contact our Customer Care team and we will then process an investigation on your behalf to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
All returns are quality checked – items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and wherever possible sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy.
